For this exclusive Father’s Day collection, we’ve partnered with Big Daddy B (Billy), the internet’s favourite food connoisseur and ultimate “Dad about town.” Known for his viral, honest, and high-energy food reviews, Billy swapped his critic’s hat for a chocolatier’s apron in our Galway atelier after discovering a beautiful secret: he is 26.8% Irish - actually making him more Irish than English!
Together with our founder, Gráinne Mullins, Billy has distilled his own life story, favourite high-low flavour combinations, and proud fatherhood journey into a premium luxury collection. From his legendary lockdown Banana Bread to a rich Murphy’s Stout Caramel celebrating his newfound roots, every chocolate is hand-painted, packed with a multitude of textures, and crafted with genuine grá. It is a celebration of flavour, family, and a true Irish homecoming.

You lot know I don’t move without a brew. We’ve taken the proper stuff- Yorkshire Tea - and infused it into a velvety dark chocolate ganache.It’s sophisticated but hits you with that familiar ‘ahhh’ feeling. If a cup of tea went to school in Galway, this would be it. Proper levels.
School Run Sipper - A vibrant Irn-Bru reduction gel paired with a white chocolate ganache and a hidden layer of popping candy for a fizzy finish.
Popping Irn Bru: This is a total wildcard and I am here for it. We’ve created a vibrant Irn-Bru gel that tastes exactly like the corner shop vibes of my childhood. We’ve paired it with white chocolate and a cheeky hit of popping candy to give you that fizz on the finish. It’s fun, it’s loud, and it’s a bit of a game-changer.
Cheese Board Champion -
A triple-layered build: Wildflower honey, a creamy Camembert-infused ganache, and a salted buttery cracker crunch base, all wrapped in a dark chocolate snap.
