Shipping policy
Shipping Policy: United States
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs processing fees. The recipient is solely responsible for bearing these costs. Grá Chocolates only collects payment for the products and initial shipping fees at checkout; any additional state or country-specific charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Lead Times: While we strive to deliver your chocolates as quickly as possible, lead times may vary. All food imports entering the U.S. are subject to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance, which can occasionally cause unpredictable transit delays.
Rejected Packages and Refunds: Because customs processes and import fees are entirely beyond our control, Grá Chocolates cannot refund the order value if a shipment is rejected at the border or if the recipient refuses to pay the required import duties.
