ORDER PROCESSING
At Grá Chocolates, we want you to receive your chocolates as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10:00am on the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date, please select your preferred dispatch date using the calendar at checkout. We will send your order on that date, or as close to it as possible. Please note that the dispatch date is the day your chocolates leave Grá Chocolates HQ, not the delivery date.
For international shipments, we dispatch only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to help ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.
Before confirming your order, please double-check your name, address, and telephone number. Errors in this information may result in shipping delays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once we fulfill your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and can be used to track your package. We go to great lengths to ensure your Grá Chocolates reach you in perfect condition. We ship Monday - Friday, but not on weekends. The reason? Our chocolates don’t like hanging around in transit over the weekend. Thus, standard shipment packages may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE IN MY ORDER?
Of course! We love handwriting your thoughtful messages. Simply include your note in the designated section when placing your order, and we will carefully handwrite it and include it with your chocolates.
For special occasions, you can also purchase one of our beautiful greeting cards. Your message will be handwritten inside, making your gift even more personal and memorable.
CAN I ORDER & SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Absolutely! The majority of our orders are gifts that are sent to a different address. We carefully pack your order to ensure it looks like a present so that the lucky recipient will have a beautiful surprise when they open their parcel.
DELIVERY TIMES
All of our shipping vendors deliver on business days only, unless Saturday delivery is specified (where available, additional charges apply). Delivery drivers may require a signature at their discretion.
Deliveries to business addresses typically occur between 8:00am and 5:00pm, while residential deliveries usually take place between 9:00am and 7:00pm. You can track your package at any time using your tracking number.
For deliveries within Ireland, please allow 24–48 hours from dispatch.

At Grá Chocolates, we are always innovating. As our ranges are inspired by the seasons and special celebrations, some may not be available all year around. DO GRÁ CHOCOLATES CONTAIN GLUTEN?
We understand the importance of clear allergen information and want to assure you that we take great care with all of our products.
Although our facility does handle ingredients that contain gluten, we have implemented strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination. Our production teams are trained to follow specific protocols, including thorough cleaning and sanitation between production runs, to minimize any potential risk.
While we cannot guarantee that a product is 100% free of gluten, we are committed to doing everything we can to provide you with a safe and delicious experience.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF GRÁ CHOCOLATES?
Our chocolates are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and have a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year from the date of production. Expiry dates are always clearly marked on the packaging.
DO YOU PROVIDE A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?
Unfortunately Grá Chocolates does not provide click and collect. We release all of our stock onto our web shop as we produce it. If a product is sold out, that means that there are no specific chocolates available for that date.
WHERE SHOULD I STORE MY GRÁ CHOCOLATES?
Not in the fridge! Our chocolates are best stored at 18°Celsius, or at room temperature, to ensure that they retain their shine.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE GRÁ CHOCOLATES?
You can buy online from us on our website or by phoning us here on +353 (085) 229 4653 to pick up your order from our HQ in Galway. You can also purchase our chocolates from any of our retailers please check the list on our website.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@grachocolates.com or call us on +353 (085) 229 4653. Once your order has been dispatched or packed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
ARE YOUR CHOCOLATES SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS?
Many of our chocolates are suitable for vegetarians. Please check the product description for dietary information, or get in touch with us if you have specific requirements.
DO YOUR CHOCOLATES CONTAIN NUTS, DAIRY OR SOY?
Our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens. Full allergen information is provided with each product.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE OR SUSTAINABLE?
At Grá Chocolates, we care about the planet as much as we care about chocolate. We use packaging that is either recyclable, compostable, or reusable wherever possible, and we are always working on new ways to reduce our environmental impact.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
Some of our products, such as seasonal collections or special releases, are available for pre-order. Pre-orders are dispatched in line with the purpose of the product (for example, an Advent Calendar will arrive in time for December 1st). We always ensure that shelf life and freshness are carefully considered so your chocolates arrive at their best.

Please note that Grá Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit; however, once the products leave our factory, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
