At Grá Chocolates we want you to have your chocolates as soon as possible after ordering. We try our best to do same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00pm, but occasionally, during busy seasons, it might take us 24 hours to get your order shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, please include your desired delivery date in the notes part of your order. We will ship your order to arrive on, or as close as possible to, the specified date. Please review your name, address and telephone number before submitting your order. Any errors made to this information may result in delayed shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once we fulfil your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and can be used to track your package. We go to great lengths to ensure your Grá Chocolates reach you in perfect condition. We ship Monday - Thursday, but not on Fridays or weekends. The reason? Our chocolates don’t like hanging around in transit over the weekend. Thus, standard shipment packages may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE IN MY ORDER?
Of course! We love handwriting your beautiful notes. Please include your message in the notes part of your order and we will carefully write it for you and include it in your order.
CAN I ORDER & SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Absolutely! The majority of our orders are gifts that are sent to a different address. We carefully pack your order to ensure it looks like a present so that the lucky recipient will have a beautiful surprise when they open their parcel.
All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (where available, additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses typically occur between 8am and 5pm, and deliveries to residences can typically occur between 9am and 7pm. Use your tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Grá Chocolates currently ships to the UK but we are unable to ship to other international destinations.
WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
At Grá Chocolates, we are always innovating, As our ranges are inspired by the seasons, and special celebrations, some may not be available all year around. Ensure you never miss a new collection by signing up to our newsletter. We promise not to bombard your in-box, but we will make sure that you always know about our new launches and be the first to hear when a product is back in stock.
DO GRÁ CHOCOLATES CONTAIN GLUTEN?
Our signature collection, the Grá Chocolate Box, does not contain any gluten, although there are other products produced in the kitchen that have gluten. We have a full allergen system in place to ensure there is no cross contamination.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF GRÁ CHOCOLATES?
Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and have an expiry date of three months after the date of production (though we doubt anyone has ever managed to keep them that long!) The production date is generally the week before shipping.
DO YOU PROVIDE A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?
Unfortunately Grá Chocolates does not provide click and collect. We release all of our stock onto our web shop as we produce it. If a product is sold out, that means that there are no specific chocolates available for that date.
WHERE SHOULD I STORE MY GRÁ CHOCOLATES?
Not in the fridge! Our chocolates are best stored at 18°Celsius, or at room temperature, to ensure that they retain their shine.

You can buy directly from us on our website or by phoning us here on +353 (085) 229 4653. A selection of Grá Chocolates are also available to purchase in Brown Thomas stores in Dublin, Cork and Limerick.

Please note that Grá Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit; however, once the products leave our kitchen, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
