Ideas for a Valentine’s Night In

Valentine’s Day at Home, simple ideas from My Heart to Yours.

Valentine’s Day has always reminded me that love comes in many forms: romantic, platonic and solo indulgence. In other words, there’s something cocoa magical for everyone. So whether you're curling up solo, hosting a cosy Galentine’s gathering, or sharing a quiet night with someone special I’ve got a few ideas and chocolate pairings to make your evening wonderfully indulgent.

1. Solo Indulgence: A Chocolate & Reading Evening

Sometimes the sweetest company is your own. Pour a mug of our luxurious hot chocolate (my pick: Salted Caramel or Velvet Vanilla) curl up with your book or a favourite playlist, and let the warmth and textures calm the mind.

It's as if our signature hot chocolate is giving you a cosy and comforting hug.

2. Better with Besties: Galentine’s Chocolate Sharing

Invite your friends over, light a candle or two, grab our box of Roses and let everyone pick their favourite flavour. These little pieces of art are perfect for sharing stories and creating memories with your closest friends.

3. Couple’s Night: A Mini Chocolate Tasting

There’s something lovely about sharing a box of chocolates but here’s a little twist I love: you and your partner each pick a box, then split the flavours between you. It’s like your very own mini tasting night at home. Light a candle, and get cosy!

“Was that pistachio?”
“Wait, try this one, it’s like a caramel hug!”
“Definitely hazelnut... or maybe almond?”

It’s fun, it’s thoughtful, and you might even discover a new favourite flavour you never would’ve picked for yourself. That’s the magic of sharing especially when it’s chocolate.

Valentine’s Day is about connection to others and to ourselves. Whether your evening includes laughter, reflection, or tender quiet, chocolate is there to make every second richer.
