Who doesn’t love caramels? We’ve created twists on the classic caramel, without sacrificing the soothing comfort of the treasured golden delight.

Box of 10 hand-painted caramel chocolates with limited edition fillings. In each box, there will be 5 varieties, 2 of each flavour.
Each individual chocolate is carefully hand painted, and are filled with delicious centres. The combination of flavours and textures are created for your satisfaction. Attention to detail is of utmost importance to ensure your enjoyment of rud éigin milis (something sweet).

Is milis an saol é (It’s a sweet life).

Lil' Bit Salty
The classic, soft and satisfying, but thick enough to stay in it’s shell. The ultimate caramel with delicate flakes of Achill Island Sea Salt. The tiny flakes gently melt on the tongue, cutting through the forceful dark chocolate and accentuating the caramel notes.
Lil' Bit Toffee
Our divine caramel dark chocolate has a buttery, soothing character with definite cocoa notes shining through from the caramelised chocolate caramel. With 72% cocoa content, cocoa remains the star ingredient here providing that ‘chocolatey’ taste, whilst allowing room for those subtle caramel flavours to peek through.
Lil' Bit Chewy
Our recipe combines the two faces of caramel here: chewy in texture, and gentle with cream. The 35% Milk Chocolate balances with the sweetness of the caramel, accentuating those malty caramel flavours. The addition of cream adds a velvety texture to the thick caramel.
Lil' Bit Gooey
Our heavenly salted caramel chocolates introduce a sublime contrast of sweet and savoury, complemented by the rich and creamy 40% cocoa milk chocolate shell. The touch of natural sea salt cuts the sweetness of the caramel and accentuates those malty caramel flavours. We found the perfect balance of milk chocolate and soft caramel.
Lil' Bit Oozy
We’ve encased our cream caramel in 72% dark chocolate. The high cocoa content chocolate allows definite cacao notes to shine through, without overwhelming the flavours of mellow caramel.
