Our divine caramel dark chocolate has a buttery, soothing character with definite cocoa notes shining through from the caramelised chocolate caramel. With 72% cocoa content, cocoa remains the star ingredient here providing that ‘chocolatey’ taste, whilst allowing room for those subtle caramel flavours to peek through.
Our recipe combines the two faces of caramel here: chewy in texture, and gentle with cream. The 35% Milk Chocolate balances with the sweetness of the caramel, accentuating those malty caramel flavours. The addition of cream adds a velvety texture to the thick caramel.
Our heavenly salted caramel chocolates introduce a sublime contrast of sweet and savoury, complemented by the rich and creamy 40% cocoa milk chocolate shell. The touch of natural sea salt cuts the sweetness of the caramel and accentuates those malty caramel flavours. We found the perfect balance of milk chocolate and soft caramel.
We’ve encased our cream caramel in 72% dark chocolate. The high cocoa content chocolate allows definite cacao notes to shine through, without overwhelming the flavours of mellow caramel.
